Huntington at Tampa Palms Homeowners Association, Inc.

Huntington at Tampa Palms is a village in Tampa Palms consisting of 42 unique individual homes.

The neighborhood is a gated community graced with oak lined streets and single family homes adjacent to either a preserve area or a large pond in Area 2 of Tampa Palms.

The Huntington at Tampa Palms HOA provides several services to the resident owners including:

- Landscape management - common areas

- Gate and gate access management

 

- Community-wide street lighting

- Street and sidewalk maintenance

Huntington is self managed and does not employ a LCAM.  Financial management is handled by University Properties.
