TPOA Financial Information
The Tampa Palms Owners Association Board makes easily available online the TPOA's financial information. Below and via links on the menu's to the left and right, you will find the following:
Financial statements are produced monthly by University Properties which manages the financial affairs of the TPOA, under the direction of the Community Director and are reviewed by the TPOA Board Treasurer.
The Treasurer's Reports provided at the Board meetings which include the balance sheet may be viewed by clicking on the date below.
* There is no Dec meeting.
The adopted FY 2023 Budget is available online. It includes the adopted budget and a multi-year reserve review. See link on menu to the right.
Annual / Budget Meetings
The Annual & Budget Meeting is held in September each year. Prior to the Annual / Budget Meeting the proposed budget and meeting information will be posted via a link on the menu to the left.
